Passport Applications are available from the Recorder's Office. The Recorder's staff acts as a Passport Acceptance Agency by processing and submitting the properly executed passport.

For more information on Passport Applications call the National Passport Information Center (900) 225-5674. Their hours are from 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday.
