1. Warranty Deeds and
Contracts need to have a DOV and GWH statement,
unless:
a. Deed is given in fulfillment of contract and
must state book and page number of contract (need to pay
revenue)
b. Warranty Deed - if not exchanging money or
consideration is $500 or less (must be stated on deed)
c. Relative to Relative - No consideration - $500
or less (must be stated on deed)
2. A person may pay
revenue on a warranty deed if the deed is going to be
put in escrow
3. One transfer fee for
contiguous land in one section, an additional $5.00 for:
a. each additional non-contiguous parcel
b. each section - even if it is contiguous
Charge may not be more
than $50.00 transfer fee for one (1) transaction |
